Description
Our Signature Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - in larger format! This is a limited release, with just 20 cases made. This Cabernet is deep, dark, intense ruby in color. On the nose there are notes of dense cooked plum, cherry jam, rose petal, dried currant, and hints of vanilla brown sugar. On the palate, it is bright and rich with black strawberry, soft tannins, and a long velvety finish of steeped tea. This is drinking beautifully now, but has incredible aging potential.Wine Profile
