The blend for our 2016 Red Feasting Wine is 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 4% Syrah, and 4% Malbec. The wine opens with aromas of dried fig, molasses, and currants, with notes of baking spice and clove. On the palate the wine is bright and full, with rich flavors of Bing cherry and chocolate. The tannins are velvety and smooth, and it has a fruit driven finish.
