The blend for our 2015 vintage includes 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Syrah, 7% Merlot. The wine opens with aromas of cherry, plum, cocoa and blackberry. On the palate, the wine is rich and velvety, with dark flavors of chocolate, fig and cherry.
