2021 Maximus Red Feasting Wine
Dense, dark ruby in color, this Napa Valley Cabernet-based blend opens with aromas of dark plum, ripe cherry, raspberry, and black cherry jam, layered with hints of cocoa, maple, and graham cracker. The palate is rich and full, offering Bing cherry, fig, and chocolate alongside concentrated dark fruit. Soft, elegant tannins carry through a long, fruit-driven, and silky finish. The blend for the 2021 vintage is 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 11% Petite Sirah, 10% Merlot, 9% Syrah, & 7% Cabernet Franc.
